Ghostbuster Tournament

THIS IS TENTATIVE AND BEFORE IT BECOMES OFFICIAL I NEED THE COMMUNITIES INPUT.

Please click the pic to enlarge and read.  The process is simple.  Any number of teams can enter (we will get a list of teams added to a sticky forum so that all teams know who is involved).  Objective is to help your team acheive 8 points.  To get points you must have a match against the team who is the Ghost.  Likewise if you are the Ghost, you can gain points by matching against a Ghostbuster.  Read the info on the promo pic I have and lets fine tune this.  We may hold future tourneys like.  One cool thing is a match only consists of 1 map, 1st team to win 2 rounds wins the match.  Hoping this will spark up anywhere from 1-3 matches on a night where teams want to gain points.  My only concern is how to make it fair so that all teams involved gets a crack to fight the ghost.

Sounds great..If (as you propose ) we get enough teams to have a usa and a European tourney we can say the ghost Have to play AT LEAST 3 matches a week...This way we know that all teams will be active.

3 times a week?  Basically the ghost plays as much as possible, but the role can switch game after game so making a note that they must play 3 times a week is irrelavant I think.  I will try to get something setup soon.

Yeah i see wht you mean but if we say the ghost have to play 3 times a matches a week then that can be irrelelvant as to whom the ghosts are..

So if you play the ghosts and win but they have already played 2 games that week then you (as the new ghosts) are only liable to one game for that week...Just an idea to keep the tourney active.
